This American Pale Ale highlights the classic synergy of Citra and Simcoe hops, delivering an expressive sensory profile designed for high drinkability. Bright citrus notes of grapefruit and lime from the Citra lead the charge, seamlessly intertwined with the resinous, earthy pine and slight passionfruit undertones characteristic of Simcoe. A supportive backbone of neutral pale malts provides subtle biscuit and bread crust nuances without overshadowing the hop-forward balance. As a cask-conditioned ale, it presents a softened carbonation that enhances the smooth, supple textures of the malt, culminating in a clean, refreshing finish with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and vibrant hop oil character.
