Ocean Beach is a bright, refreshing American IPA that pays homage to classic West Coast sensibilities. A potent Triple C hop blend of Centennial, Chinook, and Columbus delivers a sharp aromatic punch of resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, and subtle spice. Despite its sessionable strength, it maintains the punchy character of its style, leading with a clean, grainy malt backbone that allows the hop-derived bitterness to stand front and center. The profile is crisp and focused, finishing dry with a lingering citrus peel zest and an inviting brightness that emphasizes high drinkability and classic American hop intensity.

Appearance. Radiant medium gold with excellent clarity and a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of grapefruit rind from Centennial, resinous pine from Chinook, and a spicy, earthy undertone from Columbus. Low, clean, bready maltiness provides a neutral base, accompanied by a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial hop impact is assertive, dominated by citrus oil and forest floor pine. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a light toasted grain character. Bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a medium-dry finish. Hop flavors of orange peel and resin linger into a crisp, refreshing aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, lean texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high, enhancing the beer's brightness. Very low alcohol presence, making it highly approachable and crisp.
