This sessionable American Pale Ale, a collaboration between Cloudwater and Two Chefs, highlights the distinctive character of Nelson Sauvin hops. Despite its approachable 3.5% ABV, it presents an expressive bouquet of crushed gooseberry, white wine grapes, and subtle passionfruit. The malt profile is lean and supportive, offering a clean, cracker-like foundation that allows the New Zealand hop profile to shine. Effervescent and refreshing, it finishes crisp with a gentle, lingering bitterness.
