Good Bubble is a luminous, fruit-forward Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated Southern Hemisphere hop profile. Leading with Waimea and Pacifica, the beer offers an elegant sensory journey through notes of crushed white grape and bright citrus. Citra serves as a resonant backing track, layering in rich orange marmalade and zesty lime. The experience is anchored by a soft, pillowy malt base that provides a plush mouthfeel, allowing the intense hop oils to shine without harshness. A gentle, pleasant pine finish provides a clean contrast to the initial tropical sweetness, resulting in a balanced and highly drinkable expression of modern New Zealand-influenced brewing.
Appearance. Straw to soft golden-orange (4-6 SRM); opaque and hazy with a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct white grape, lime zest, and orange marmalade. Background notes of sweet dough and bready malt support fruity yeast esters of peach and apricot.
Taste. Initial burst of tropical and vinous hop flavors, dominated by white grape and citrus marmalade. Malt is low and bready, serving as a soft canvas. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as smooth and non-lingering. The finish is off-dry with a lingering hint of resinous pine.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Low alcohol warmth at 6% ABV; smooth with no astringency, creaminess, or harshness.
