A bright and refreshing citrus fruit sour, aged in red wine barrels for a year then conditioned in bottle for 18 months for added complexity.

Big bursts of grapefruit, passion fruit and blood orange balance a light funkiness and coriander seed spicing. Elements of fresh fruit are complemented by zesty citrus notes.
