Cloudwater Brew Co

Delivering the intense hop punch of a double IPA within a highly drinkable American Pale Ale profile, this double dry-hopped offering pours with a beautiful, modern haze. The aroma explodes with vibrant, juicy tangerine, zesty grapefruit, and soft white peach, accented by a subtle, resinous undertone. On the palate, a velvety, medium-bodied structure carries lush stone fruit and citrus flavors, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. It finishes smooth and exceptionally refreshing, leaving a lingering impression of sweet orange and ripe peach paired with a delicate, peppery bitterness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Pale golden (5-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze. Features a large, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma dominated by juicy tangerine, zesty grapefruit, and soft white peach, with a low piney, resinous background. Supporting malt is low, neutral, and clean, while fermentation esters are subtly fruity and well-integrated.

Taste. Initial impression is highly juicy, featuring prominent flavors of fresh citrus peel, orange pulp, and soft peach. Malt flavor is low and neutral, offering just enough clean support without competing. Hop bitterness is moderate-low but firm, balancing the fruity sweetness. Finishes smooth and off-dry with a lingering aftertaste of juicy orange, peach, and a light, peppery hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a distinctly velvety, soft, and creamy texture. Carbonation is soft and moderate. Utterly smooth, lacking any harshness, astringency, or alcohol warmth.
