This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant sensory experience despite its sessionable strength. A foundational touch of Caramalt provides a subtle, bready structure that supports a complex hop profile. Bright, resinous bitterness from whirlpool additions of Comet and Chinook establishes a punchy baseline, while a heavy dry-hop of Citra and Mosaic delivers expressive layers of grapefruit, lime, and soft tropical fruit. The result is a clean, refreshing profile that balances old-school resinous depth with modern aromatic intensity, finishing with a lingering, crisp citrus note and a refined bitterness that stays remarkably drinkable and bright.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (approx. 6 SRM) with a slight, brilliant haze. Topped by a moderately large, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring a complex blend of grapefruit and mango from the dry-hop, layered over piney and resinous notes. A low, clean malt background offers a hint of bread and light caramel sweetness.

Taste. Initial flavors of zesty citrus and passionfruit transition into a firm, resinous bitterness. The malt profile is supportive, providing a soft caramel note that balances the hop-forward character. Finishes clean and dry with a lingering pine and citrus aftertaste.
