This American IPA presents a high-intensity sensory journey driven by a complex hop profile. Initial aromatics of white grape from Nelson Sauvin collide with ripe peach notes from El Dorado, quickly transitioning into a vibrant citrus-forward core powered by Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade. The experience evolves from these bright fruits into a classic, resinous pine finish that grounds the profile. Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (7-9 SRM); brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.
