Snoozefest is a masterclass in hop complexity, featuring an exhaustive showcase of Citra hops across ten variants and formats including Cryo and Lupomax. This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing an explosive bouquet of overripe mango, bright pink grapefruit, and zesty lime. The multi-year crop blend creates a multidimensional profile where the soft, bready malt foundation allows the citrus oils to shine without competition. On the palate, expect a velvety, juice-like saturation of tropical fruit flavors, finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness that emphasizes drinkability over bite. It is a vibrant, saturated expression of a single-hop powerhouse.
Appearance. SRM 4 to 6. Straw to light orange with an opaque, hazy shine. Dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tangerine, passion fruit, and lime zest. Underlying notes of peach and lychee. Malt is neutral and lightly bready with no caramel; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

We love Citra. You love Citra. Citra is life. But JUST Citra? We used to not know about that. In our egregious opinion, single hop beers tend to be kinda boring and one dimensional – that’s why we avoided making one for quite some time. BUT THE FIRST TIME WE DID IT, IT WAS FIRE. SO WE MADE IT AGAIN. AND AGAIN. And yes, it comes with the same twist. We used 10 different types of Citra hops – that came from 9ish separate farms over FIVE different crop years, and was processed in 3 different ways (T-90, Lupomax & Cryo) and packaged at 3 different facilities. And guess what?! It’s not that boring! It’s kinda interesting! ACTUALLY IT’S REALLY FUCKING AWESOME. If you snooze, you win?
