Hidden Track is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a surprise melody through a dense tropical profile. Leveraging a modern hop bill of HBC1019, Krush Hyperboost, and Bru-1, it delivers an olfactory explosion of sweet pineapple and sun-ripened melon. A delicate floral layer of honeysuckle weaves through the aroma, supported by a soft, pillowy malt backbone. The collaboration with Courier Brewing results in a juice-forward experience where the lush fruit character dominates a smooth, low-bitterness palate, finishing with a clean, fruity resonance that invites another sip of this modern, hop-saturated ale.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, luminous haze. It is topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick, lacy trails.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical and stone fruits. Immediate notes of fresh-cut pineapple and ripe cantaloupe are punctuated by a floral honeysuckle sweetness. Malt is subtle and grainy, providing a neutral canvas without any toast or caramel interference. Esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop character.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors lead with pineapple and melon. The bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the juicy impressions without lingering. The malt offers a soft, bready foundation. The finish is off-dry and smooth, emphasizing a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste devoid of any hop harshness or vegetal notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. At 6.5% ABV, there is only a very light, well-integrated warmth. No astringency or raw starchiness is present.
