This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant, juice-forward experience characterized by its exceptionally smooth, pillowy texture. The aromatic profile is dominated by a heavy dry-hop presence, where Vic Secret contributes distinct notes of pineapple and passionfruit, perfectly complemented by the bright citrus and grapefruit layers of Citra hops. A subtle undercurrent of piney resin provides depth against a soft, bready malt backdrop. Despite its approachable strength, it maintains a lush, saturated hop character that lingers on the palate. The fermentation is clean, allowing the tropical fruit expression to remain the focal point, resulting in a refreshing yet flavor-dense experience.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (approx. 4 SRM). Significant haze with an opaque, luminous quality. Thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Dominant notes of tropical pineapple and passionfruit from the Vic Secret, intertwined with zesty lime and grapefruit from the Citra. Low background of bready, grainy malt and a faint hint of resinous pine.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and citrus juice. Mid-palate reveals soft, bready malt sweetness that balances a low to moderate bitterness. The Vic Secret and Citra hops provide layers of mango, lime, and crushed pineapple. The finish is smooth and off-dry, with a lingering note of soft pine resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or harshness. Alcohol warmth is negligible, contributing to high drinkability.
