Appearance. Brilliant, pale straw to light golden color. Topped by a bright white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.

This is followed by a billboard campaign with images of the product under the slogan: “Clausthaler without alcohol”, shortly after it is changed to “Clausthaler – a beer as it should be”.
