This American IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile that leans into a classic clean character while introducing an intriguing spice. A luminous yellow pour sets the stage for high-intensity hop aromas. Bright tropical fruitiness is immediately apparent, layered with an unusual but captivating complexity of cracked peppery notes and a subtle hint of licorice. On the palate, a firm bitterness asserts itself against a lean, grainy malt base, allowing the fruit-forward character to dominate. The finish is decisively dry and crisp, reflecting its namesake's precision, leaving a lingering hop resin and a clean, refreshing aftertaste.

Appearance. Luminous yellow (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus and tropical fruit. Distinctive peppery spice and a faint licorice note overlay a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt background. Clean fermentation profile with minimal esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and sharply bitter. Strong flavors of citrus zest and melon are complemented by a peppery mid-palate and a touch of anise-like licorice. Low grainy malt provides support without sweetness. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, pleasant bitterness.
