This vibrant Hazy IPA offers an explosive sensory profile driven by a heavy double dry-hop addition of Nectaron, Riwaka, and Citra. It opens with an intense bouquet of ripe stone fruits like peach and nectarine, followed by the distinctive passionfruit and zingy pink grapefruit notes typical of New Zealand hops. The palate is a lush, juice-like experience where these tropical flavors meld with a soft, bready malt backbone and a hint of lime zest from the Citra. Finishing with a smooth, restrained bitterness and a velvety texture, it perfectly captures the refreshing, hop-forward elegance of the New England style.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM); hazy and nearly opaque with a soft, luminous shine. Features a tall, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick, decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent nectarine, passionfruit, and mango. Low grainy-sweet and lightly bready malt presence in the background. Clean fermentation profile with supportive tropical fruit esters.
