The expertly selected hop blend of Citra and Mosaic delivers a high-intensity punch of papaya and citrus, while Ekuanot adds complex layers of lemon, lime, and a signature touch of green pepper. Warrior provides a clean, supporting bitterness that cuts through the initial bready sweetness of the grist. This Hazy IPA utilizes malted wheat and flaked oats to craft a substantial, well-structured body with a soft, pillowy texture. The result is an incredibly fruity profile where apple-like esters and tropical hop oils harmonize into a smooth, balanced finish.
Appearance. Light amber (6-7 SRM) with a distinct hazy to opaque appearance. Topped with a dense, fine-textured white head demonstrating excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of papaya, lemon, and lime are complemented by subtle green pepper and red apple esters. Background notes are lightly bready and grainy with no caramel or toast character.
