Cierzo Mosaic is a vibrant and sessionable expression of the American IPA, specifically designed to showcase the multi-faceted Mosaic hop. This golden ale delivers an assertive sensory profile dominated by pungent aromas of ripe tropical fruit, bright citrus, and a resinous touch of pine. At a refreshing 4.5% ABV, the beer balances its intense hop character with a restrained, clean malt backbone that provides a crisp, grainy support. The finish is notably dry and clean, leaving a lingering, pleasant bitterness on the palate that embodies a modern, hop-forward profile while remaining exceptionally drinkable and light.
Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a persistent, medium-sized white head with good lacing and retention.
