This Hazy IPA presents as a dense golden fog, inviting the drinker into a lush landscape of intense tropical fruit expressions. The sensory experience is defined by an aromatic profile rich in stone fruit and citrus, supported by a grist featuring soft wheat and flaked oats. These grains provide a signature silky, pillowy texture that acts as a sweet counterpoint to the controlled hop bitterness. The result is a smooth, juicy character where vibrant fruit notes are prioritized over sharp edges, leading to a gentle, rounded finish that perfectly integrates its moderate strength.
Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (6–7 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, hazy shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit aromas, specifically mango and passion fruit, with secondary notes of citrus zest. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a clean, bready, and slightly grainy sweetness derived from the wheat and oats.
Taste. Dominant tropical fruit hop flavors mirror the aroma, providing a juicy sensation. The malt profile is supportive and soft, showcasing the creaminess of oats.
