This Hazy IPA presents an otherworldly sensory profile driven by a futuristic blend of Krush, Bru-1, and Simcoe hops. Appearance. Yellow-gold (4–5 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous shine. Thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical fruit notes of pineapple, mango, and guava from Bru-1 and Krush hops. Accents of passion fruit and light pine from Simcoe. Background of neutral, bready malt with low fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mimicking the aroma, specifically ripe pineapple and tropical stone fruit. Low bready malt flavor. Low perceived bitterness with a smooth, soft character. Finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.
