Rampante is a masterclass in the Munich Helles style, emphasizing the nuanced elegance of traditional floor-malted barley and the noble character of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. The sensory experience opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh, grainy-sweet malt and a delicate wisp of floral and herbal aromatics. On the palate, a soft, rounded maltiness provides a backbone of bread crust and honeyed sweetness, balanced by a restrained bitterness that ensures a clean, dry finish. This lager’s smooth texture and impeccable clarity highlight the brewery's commitment to traditional methods, resulting in a refreshing, malt-forward profile that remains exceptionally drinkable and sophisticated.

Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy, snow-white head that leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring rich, grainy-sweet malt reminiscent of fresh bread dough. Low, elegant hop notes of dried flowers and spice from the Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is moderately malty and soft. Distinctive grainy-sweet malt flavors dominate the mid-palate, supported by a low, noble hop bitterness. Subtle herbal and floral hop flavors emerge before a soft, dry finish. The balance favors the malt throughout, yet it lacks any cloying residual sweetness, finishing clean and refreshing.
