Dip A Toe is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases an innovative dip-hopping technique to amplify its lush aromatic profile. The appearance is a glowing, opaque straw-gold, crowned by a persistent, rocky white head. An intense bouquet of tropical fruit and mandarin oranges bursts forward, driven by the purposeful inclusion of Eclipse and Citra hops. As the liquid hits the palate, Enigma introduces nuanced layers of red currant and melon against a soft, bready malt backdrop. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth and pillowy, leading to a gentle, fruit-forward finish with restrained bitterness that invites another sip.
Appearance. Straw-gold with an orange hue; opaque with a brilliant hazy shine. Dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
