NEIPA - New England IPA 7.2 º
Nimbus presents as a vibrant Hazy IPA, delivering a saturated profile driven by its 17-degree plato base and modern hopping. The inclusion of Cryo Mosaic provides concentrated layers of blueberry and tropical mango, while Strata adds a signature complexity of passionfruit and subtle herbal dankness. The New Zealand Wai-iti hops brighten the finish with fresh notes of stone fruit and citrus lime. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a dense, meringue-like head. The experience is defined by a soft, pillowy texture and a juicy intensity that masks the 7.2% ABV, finishing with a restrained bitterness and lingering tropical fruit nectar.
Appearance. Deep straw to pale orange with a distinct, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a cocktail of passionfruit, mango, and ripe strawberry. Significant citrus and lime notes are present alongside a faint, clean, bready malt background. No caramel or toast.
Taste. A lush explosion of tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors, mirroring the aroma with heavy hits of mango and peach. Bitterness is low-medium and exceptionally smooth, never becoming harsh. The malt provides a neutral, slightly grainy foundation that allows the fruit-forward character of the hops to remain the focus through an off-dry, juicy finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy with a smooth, rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to the creamy perception. A gentle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.

Výsledkem je nová plnokrevná NEIPA, do které jsme použili chmelové kombo Strata Cryo Mosaic Wai-Iti. Dohromady s plným, sametovým tělem této NEIPA vytvořily tyto chmely šťavnatý tropický koktejl plný manga, mučenky a ananasu. Doznívání poskytne výraznější, ale nevyčnívající hořkost, která dobře balancuje sílu piva.
