This Hazy IPA highlights the complex Talus hop, delivering an intense sensory profile defined by vibrant grapefruit zest and lush tropical fruit. The aroma is high-intensity, bursting with citrus and exotic stone fruit, while the palate introduces a surprising and sophisticated peppery nuance characteristic of the hop variety. True to the milkshake sub-style, it offers a velvety, rounded mouthfeel that softens the moderate hop bitterness. Appearance. Straw to light amber (4–6 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a luminous shine. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, dried rose petals, and tropical mango. A clean, bready, and grainy malt character persists in the background, complemented by moderate fruity fermentation esters.
