Kilimanjaro is a vibrant American IPA executed in the classic West Coast tradition. The aromatic profile is led by the assertive trio of Chinook, Talus, and Centennial hops, delivering a punchy bouquet of fresh grapefruit zest, resinous pine needles, and subtle floral undertones. A clean, restrained malt backbone allows the hop character to remain the focal point, transitioning into a firm, crisp bitterness on the palate. Its dry finish and snappy carbonation emphasize the refreshing citrus character, while the moderate alcohol content provides a subtle, integrated warmth that complements the beer's lean structure and hop-forward intensity.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (approx. 7-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent ruby red grapefruit and heavy resinous pine from the Chinook and Centennial. Talus adds a unique layer of floral rose and sage. Low, clean, grainy malt sweetness supports the hops. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with bold flavors of pithy grapefruit and pine resin. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background. Bitterness is medium-high to high and bracing, but not harsh. Finishes dry and crisp with a long, lingering resinous and citrusy aftertaste.
