This vibrant Hazy IPA showcases the modern Strata hop variety, delivering an aromatic profile saturated with ripe tropical fruits and a distinctive, resinous dank quality. Poured with a characteristic luminous haze, it opens with punchy notes of passionfruit and bright citrus over a delicate, grainy malt base. Despite its hop-forward intensity, the bitterness remains restrained and soft, allowing the juice-like character of the hops to shine through a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. At a sessionable strength, it balances high-impact aromatics with refreshing drinkability, finishing clean with a lingering fruit-skin essence and a touch of herbal resin.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3–5 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Topped with a dense, white, meringue-like head with high retention.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and mango alongside citrus zest from the Strata hops. A noticeable resinous, dank character is present. Background malt is clean and lightly bready with neutral yeast esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with passionfruit and melon. Moderate hop bitterness that feels soft on the palate. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral canvas for the Strata hops. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy fruit character and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and drinkable with no hop burn or astringency and very light alcohol warmth.

Sensory Profile.
