This American IPA presents a modern, tropical-forward sensory profile defined by the interplay of Citra and Mosaic hops with a lush coconut infusion. The Citra hops drive vibrant notes of grapefruit and lime, while Mosaic contributes complex layers of mango and passion fruit. These fruity qualities are enveloped by a distinct, creamy coconut character that persists from the initial sniff through to the finish. Despite its hop-forward roots, the addition of coconut provides a luxurious, medium-full body and a sweet-leaning conclusion that balances the firm bitterness, resulting in a dessert-like yet refreshing hop-centric experience.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); medium-sized, white head with good persistence; slight haze present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, mango, and citrus notes; a distinct sweet coconut character dominates the profile, supported by a low, clean, grainy maltiness.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet coconut and tropical fruit flavors; medium-high hop bitterness is well-integrated with flavors of grapefruit and passion fruit; low bready malt flavor provides a foundation for a lingering, sweet coconut finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy texture; moderate carbonation; very light, smooth alcohol warmth.
