Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, white, persistent head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a neutral background, while the fermentation profile remains characteristically clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and sharply bitter. Hop flavors of citrus and pine dominate over a low, grainy-sweet malt base. Bitterness is firm and high but remains clean, leading into a very dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and lingering with a resinous quality.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. Displays a very light, smooth alcohol warmth and a crisp, refreshing finish without any harsh astringency.
