This Czech Premium Pale Lager exhibits the depth of a winter seasonal, characterized by a complex, bready malt spine. It is uniquely defined by the use of fresh, whole-leaf Žatecký poloraný červeňák hops from the latest harvest, which impart a vibrant, herbal, and spicy hop bouquet with a distinct freshness. The golden pour supports a dense, creamy head, leading to a palate where soft, rounded bitterness balances rich maltiness. Despite its winter special status, it remains remarkably drinkable and clean, offering a lingering finish of floral hops and toasted crust typical of traditional Bohemian brewing.
