Appearance. Luminous straw to light gold (4–6 SRM). Distinctive opaque haze with a brilliant ‘shine.’ Crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with pungent grapefruit peel and citrus oils. Supportive dried flower notes and a hint of tropical resin sit atop a neutral, lightly bready malt backbone. Clean fermentation profile with subtle stone fruit esters.
