This sophisticated Saison presents a rustic farmhouse profile enhanced by the addition of Moscato and Mondeuse pomace and lees from the Savoie. The aroma is a vibrant collision of floral Moscato perfume and peppery Belgian yeast, underscored by the subtle red fruit character of the Mondeuse grapes. Barrel aging lends a refined oak structure and a whisper of vinous acidity that complements the beer's extreme attenuation. Highly effervescent and exceptionally dry, it balances earthy hop notes with a delicate stone fruit complexity. The result is a nuanced, harvest-driven ale that elegantly bridges the gap between traditional brewing and artisanal winemaking.

Appearance. Deep gold with luminous pale orange hues; clear to slightly hazy due to the presence of grape lees. Features a dense, rocky, long-lasting ivory head with exceptional Belgian lacing.
