This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer showcases a lush, sensory-forward profile driven by an intensive addition of fresh raspberries. The aroma is dominated by jammy fruit and a clean lactic tartness, immediately softened by the aromatic presence of sweet vanilla. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing acidity of the berries is expertly balanced by the unfermentable sweetness of lactose, creating a nostalgic raspberry-and-cream flavor profile. The finish is smooth and balanced, with the vanilla providing a rounded, dessert-like quality that lingers without cloying. It is a bright, summery expression that highlights the synergy between fruit esters and creamy specialty ingredients.

Appearance. Pours a striking deep pink to reddish-magenta hue (SRM 8–12 depending on fruit density). Displays a light, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and minimal lacing. Clarity is characterized by a slight, attractive haze from the fruit solids and lactose.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, jammy raspberries. A distinct, creamy vanilla sweetness is present, mingling with a clean, sharp lactic acidity. Malt and hop characters are neutral to absent, allowing the specialty ingredients and fruit esters to remain the focal point.

Taste. Initial impression is a bright, zesty raspberry tartness. The mid-palate introduces a silky sweetness from the lactose and vanilla, which serves to temper the fruit's natural acidity.
