This New World Cider presents a bright and refreshing profile defined by the crisp character of Western Australian fruit. The use of Granny Smith apples imparts a vibrant, zesty acidity, while Jazz and Kanzi varieties provide a foundational sweetness reminiscent of freshly pressed juice and spring blossoms.
