This Alternative Grain Beer, built on a refreshing Blonde Ale base, highlights the rustic complexity of malted rye and barley. It pours a deep golden hue with a creamy, persistent white head. The aroma is a delicate balance of grainy, bready sweetness and the distinctive spicy, peppery lift of rye, complemented by subtle floral hop notes. On the palate, the rye provides a smooth, slightly dense viscosity and a characteristic peppery spice that cuts through the mellow malt profile. With low bitterness and a clean fermentation character, it finishes crisp yet substantial, offering a sophisticated, textured twist on a classic pale style.

Appearance. Deep gold color (SRM 5-6); excellent head retention with a thick, creamy white foam and fine lacing; clear to slightly hazy due to the high protein content of the rye.
