Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a very pale straw hue (2-3 SRM). Topped by a bright white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity but clean. Soft grainy malt presents notes of honey and hay, complemented by a subtle but elegant floral and spicy hop presence from European varieties. Fermentation is impeccably clean with no detectable esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and highly refreshing. A light grainy-sweet malt flavor reminiscent of crackers and honey transitions into a delicate floral hop character. Bitterness is low, just enough to provide structure. Finishes very dry and crisp with a short, clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a high level of carbonation that creates a prickly, refreshing carbonic bite. No alcohol warmth is present; extremely smooth and easy-drinking.
