Aroma. High intensity. Explosive notes of tropical mango and pineapple from Azacca and Mosaic, paired with bright tangerine and lime from Citra and Amarillo. Low, neutral grainy-bready malt supports the hops; clean fermentation with very low esters.
Taste. Initial impression is soft and juice-like. Prominent flavors of stone fruit, grapefruit, and melon dominate. Malt provides a supportive, biscuity backbone without caramel interference.
