This Imperial American Porter presents a formidable sensory profile, merging intense roasted malts with sophisticated barrel character. A blend of Caol Ila Whisky and Girvan Bourbon barrel-aged components introduces a complex interplay of medicinal, peaty smoke and smooth vanilla-toffee sweetness. Deep layers of dark chocolate and espresso from the heavily roasted malts anchor the palate, while the significant 10.5% ABV provides a rich, integrated warmth.
