This Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on a heavy dry-hop regimen of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro. The nose is greeted by an intense bouquet of tangerine, ripe mango, and the distinct coconut-cream signature of Sabro. While it presents a modern hazy appearance, the palate remains focused on a bold hop intensity and a firm bitterness. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the 8% ABV, providing enough structure to carry the resinous and stone fruit flavors without veering into sweetness. The finish is remarkably clean and medium-dry, leaving a lingering trail of tropical fruit and citrus.

Appearance. Light orange-copper color (8-10 SRM) with a distinct hazy appearance. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by prominent citrus, tropical fruit, and stone fruit notes. Specific cues of mango, berry, and a unique coconut creaminess from the Sabro are present. Supportive, clean, neutral grainy malt is in the background with a light alcohol presence.
