CESC Alba captures the essence of a traditional Weissbier, pouring with a signature haze and a pillowy, long-lasting head. Brewed in accordance with the Reinheitsgebot using authentic Bavarian malts and hops, it offers a sophisticated balance of clove-like phenols and ripe banana esters. The sensory experience is anchored by a soft, bready wheat foundation that provides a gentle sweetness, countered by a refreshing, subtle tartness characteristic of the style. This effervescent ale remains light on the palate, delivering a clean, spritzy finish that emphasizes drinkability. The delicate contribution of German hops adds a faint herbal nuance without overshadowing the expressive yeast character.
Appearance. Pale gold with a pronounced, cloudy haze from suspended yeast and wheat proteins. Features a dense, moussy, and persistent white foam head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of spicy clove and sweet banana esters. Underlying notes of grainy, bready wheat and a soft doughy character are present. A very low, noble herbal hop presence is detectable in the background.
