Cervezas Yakka White is a vibrant American IPA that leads with an intense, enveloping hop character designed to captivate the senses. This blonde, light-bodied ale pours with brilliant clarity, offering a well-stocked aromatic profile of bright citrus, resinous pine, and a subtle salt-air freshness reminiscent of a marine breeze. The palate is defined by a clean, grainy malt base that allows the assertive bitterness to shine without being harsh. Refreshing and crisp, it features a dry finish with lingering notes of lemon zest and cracked pepper, perfectly balancing its hop-forward intensity with high drinkability.

Appearance. Medium gold (SRM 6-8) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, frothy white head that demonstrates good persistence and leaves light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, citrus peel, and resinous pine. A low, clean, bready malt character supports the hops. Fermentation is clean with a very subtle floral ester profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with high bitterness. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruit dominate, backed by a low, grainy pale malt sweetness. The balance is decidedly bitter. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and clean aftertaste.
