A clean, neutral malt backbone provides a lean foundation, allowing complex notes of tropical fruit and grapefruit to lead the charge. Despite its strength, the beer maintains a dry, crisp finish with a firm, integrated bitterness that invites another sip. Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (SRM 7-12). Good clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves resilient lacing.
