This modern German Pils delivers a sharp, refreshing experience elevated by a strategic dry-hopping. The nose is greeted by the refined citrus and floral notes of Saphir hops, seamlessly integrated with the bold, tropical passionfruit and peach aromas characteristic of Galaxy. A solid foundation of continental Pilsner malt provides a clean, crackery, and slightly honeyed sweetness that supports the high hop intensity. On the palate, the bitterness is firm and crisp, leading into a bone-dry finish. Effervescent and bright, it balances traditional lager precision with a contemporary, fruit-forward hop profile that remains exceptionally clean and drinkable.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity. Distinctive tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and citrus from Galaxy, layered over the spicy and floral character of Saphir. Low grainy, toasted cracker malt profile. Clean fermentation with no esters.
Taste. Initial light crackery malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors mirror the aroma with notes of citrus zest and tropical fruit. High bitterness that lingers cleanly into a very dry, crisp, and slightly minerally finish.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. High carbonation. Crisp and refreshing without being harsh; no noticeable alcohol warmth.
