Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow. Notable starch haze creates a characteristic milky, translucent appearance. Topped with a dense, persistent white moussy head that leaves light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a bready, grainy maltiness with subtle hints of vanilla. Pronounced citrusy-orange fruitiness is complemented by a perfumy and peppery coriander presence. Low spicy-herbal hop notes remain secondary to the spices and esters.
Taste. Initial impression is refreshingly crisp with a bready malt core. Flavors of zesty orange and lemony coriander are well-integrated and balanced. Low hop bitterness provides just enough structure to offset the grain sweetness. Finishes dry and clean without any lingering harshness or astringency.
