This Double West Coast IPA presents an assertive and punchy hop profile, characterized by intense notes of sticky pine resin, zesty grapefruit, and underlying tropical fruit. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with good clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves sticky lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy resin, pine needles, and grapefruit zest with hints of mango. A clean, supportive maltiness provides a grainy, slightly bready background. Fermentation is neutral with a very light, smooth alcohol note.
