Appearance. Pours a clear, deep gold to light amber color (SRM 7-9). Topped with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit notes of mango and pineapple, alongside stone fruit peach and a distinct berry-like blueberry character. A faint, sweet vanilla note emerges over a low, clean, grainy malt base.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with intense flavors of mango, pineapple, and peach. A firm, medium-high bitterness provides structure without being harsh. The malt flavor is low and clean, reminiscent of fresh grain, allowing the fruit esters and hops to shine. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering tropical and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. No significant alcohol warmth, consistent with its moderate ABV.
