Se empieza a elaborar en el verano de 2013 en nuestra fábrica de Fuentealbilla.
Es una cerveza tradicional artesana, elaborada a base de productos naturales. Cuyos únicos ingredientes son: Agua, Malta de Cebada, Lúpulo y Levadura.
No contiene aditivos y no se realiza filtrado para conservar todo el sabor propio de la cerveza.
Al no realizarse filtrado los sedimentos de levadura que quedan en el envase producen una segunda fermentación en botella que le da una gasificación natural.
