This luminous West Coast IPA captures a sense of tension and clarity, defined by a precise and dry character. A double dry hop addition of Citra and Mosaic drives a penetrating sensory profile, delivering intense aromas of resin, fresh citrus, and resinous pine, layered with subtle tropical fruit notes. The palate is sharp and clean, showcasing the interplay between the bright hop oils and a restrained, grainy malt backbone. It concludes with a crisp, non-lingering bitterness that reinforces its refreshing nature, embodying the classic West Coast balance of high hop impact and a lean finish.

Appearance. Luminous medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus zest and resinous pine. Distinct notes of grapefruit from the Citra and hints of mango or passionfruit from the Mosaic. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness in the background with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and exceptionally dry. Prominent hop flavors of citrus peel, pine needles, and subtle tropical berries. Bitterness is medium-high and sharp but finishes cleanly without harshness. The malt provides a light, toasted grain support. The aftertaste is hoppy and dry.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency.
