Balancing is a harmonious Hazy IPA that celebrates the equilibrium between tropical sweetness and herbal structure. This collaboration between Espiga and Dry & Bitter showcases an intense aromatic profile where Citra and Nectaron drive vibrant notes of mango, peach, and succulent citrus. These lush fruits are artfully tempered by the floral, citrus, and slightly resinous contributions of Cascade hops. On the palate, a soft, silky malt foundation provides a velvety texture that carries a moderate, clean bitterness effortlessly. The result is a deeply drinkable, modern ale where juicy fruit character and a refined herbal finish coexist in perfect symmetry.
