Taste. The initial impression is one of malty sweetness, followed by moderate caramel and lightly biscuity flavors. Hop flavor is moderate, mirroring the resinous and herbal qualities of the aroma. Bitterness is moderate (approx. 30-35 IBU), balancing the malt without being aggressive. The finish is medium-dry with lingering caramel and soft hop resins.
