Realidade is a vibrant New World interpretation of a German Pils, showcasing a collaboration that highlights 100% Brazilian-grown hops. The sensory profile is defined by a clean, crispy lager foundation that allows the aromatic blend of Chinook, Comet, and Cascade to take center stage. Expect a refreshing bouquet of white fruits and bright citrus, grounded by a subtle resinous and vegetal depth unique to the local terroir. The palate is sharply attenuated and dry, featuring a firm bitterness that cleanses the tongue, while the crackery malt profile remains light and unobtrusive, resulting in exceptional drinkability and a modern, hop-forward finish.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring notes of grapefruit, white grape, and lemon zest, with a light resinous pine and subtle vegetal undertone. Low grainy, doughy, and crackery malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters.
Taste. Initial low grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and flavors of citrus, white fruit, and resin. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp. The finish is bone-dry and clean, with a lingering minerality and a persistent but smooth hop bite in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation, providing a sharp, refreshing, and snappy texture. No alcohol warmth is present; it feels light and highly attenuated without being watery.
