Embodying the classic transatlantic leap from its English roots to modern American expression, this American IPA shines with a vibrant copper hue and a brilliant white crown. Vibrant aromas of sweet citrus oil and ripe tropical fruits dominate the nose, underpinned by a subtle, clean malt sweetness. On the palate, a wave of bright orange peel and resinous pine meets a firm, clean bitterness that sweeps across the tongue. It delivers a refreshing, medium-bodied experience with a dry, crisp finish, making this highly aromatic ale exceptionally drinkable and balanced.

Appearance. Copper to light reddish-amber (approx. 11-13 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, off-white head boasting excellent persistence and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, sweet orange peel, and fresh tropical fruit, backed by a subtle resinous pine. A low, clean, grainy maltiness with a hint of caramel sweetness supports the hops, alongside a neutral, clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Begins with an immediate punch of citrusy and tropical hop flavor. A medium-high, clean hop bitterness quickly follows, balanced by a supportive but restrained bready malt back-bone with light caramel suggestions. The finish is dry, crisp, and refreshing, with a lingering, hoppy, and cleanly bitter aftertaste.
