Appearance. SRM 4-7. Pale gold to light amber with a soft, persistent white head and moderate lacing. Displays a slight, characteristic haze from the rye content and generous dry-hopping.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Bursting with tropical fruit notes of passion fruit and lychee from the Vic Secret, alongside berry and melon cues from Ariana. A crisp, herbal edge complements the spicy, peppery quality of the rye. Low bready malt and clean fermentation.
Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and passion fruit. The mid-palate introduces a distinctive peppery spiciness from the rye. Moderate bitterness is well-integrated, providing structure without harshness. Finishes dry and clean with lingering notes of melon and light pine, following the hop character.
